Evelyn Lomax is an experienced professional currently serving as a Claims Analyst at TTEC@HOME, LLC since October 2020, while also working as a Life Insurance Agent at Lincoln Heritage Life Insurance Company® since May 2019. Evelyn has a diverse background in customer service and technical support, having held roles at Sutherland Global Services, Comcast, and Intuit TurboTax. Evelyn's earlier experience includes working as a Direct Care Worker at PHP of Alabama and Saint Andrew's Place, providing critical services for individuals with mental and physical disabilities. Evelyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Security from ITT Technical Institute, completed in 2010, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Cybersecurity at Virginia College.
