Elisha Law-Simmonds is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, operations, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director of TA Technology at Sutherland, Elisha previously held the position of Director of Global Talent Strategy & Operations at Klaviyo, where leadership of a 15-member team focused on scalable hiring processes and IPO readiness was key. At Wayfair, Elisha progressed through various operational roles, including Head of Talent Operations & Technology, where strategic expertise was applied to develop a global candidate experience and a comprehensive TA technology roadmap. Elisha’s earlier career includes significant contributions to Next Jump as a Senior Recruiting Associate and a Manager in Campus Recruiting. Academically, Elisha holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
