Kelly Dittmann, MBA, has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Their most recent position is as the President and CEO of Sustene Global, a woman-owned environmental advisory and capital firm, where they collaborate worldwide to implement sustainable solutions and partnerships. Before that, they worked for The Executives' Club of Chicago as the Executive Council of Advisors.

Earlier, they held several key positions at Hitachi and its subsidiaries, including the roles of Head of ESG and Sustainability, Managing Partner, and Senior Advisor, where they drove sustainable growth and digital innovation through IoT, cloud, application, big data and analytics solutions, and portfolio management.

Additionally, Kelly worked as a Managing Director at Baton Global, a management consulting research, and advisory firm, and as the Chief Strategy Officer at Principal Financial Group, a diversified financial services company.

Prior to their role at Principal Financial Group, they held various leadership positions at Wells Fargo for over a decade, including Chief, Head of Acquisitions, Technology and Strategy Integration, Senior Vice President, Head of Wealth Servicing, Digital Channel Executive, and Market President, Consumer Lending, where they achieved significant business growth and development by managing multi-million P&L, cross-functional programs, and matrixed relationships.

Kelly Dittmann, MBA holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University. Kelly also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business, Finance, and Economics from Drake University. Recently, Kelly pursued further education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they studied Advanced Strategy and Economics, with a specific emphasis on the Development of Growth and Sustainable Strategies.
