Kristine Jao is currently working at Sustena, a Pariveda Company, where they hold the position of Director starting from December 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Associate at the same company from December 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Sustena, Kristine worked as a Product Development Project Manager at iWorld, LLC from July 2020 to December 2021. In this role, they conducted consumer market research, sourced innovative products, and managed a team of 11 designers. Kristine also ensured the successful delivery of product initiatives and was responsible for brainstorming initial creative approaches for product looks and packaging.

From April 2018 to July 2020, Kristine served as a Production and Product Coordinator at Wiesner Products Inc. Their responsibilities included building and maintaining relationships with factories and brands, achieving gross margin targets, and overseeing the production, design, and development of apparel and home decor products.

Prior to that, Kristine worked at Elie Tahari, where they held multiple roles. Kristine was an Associate Merchandiser from May 2017 to April 2018, responsible for information flow and essential enterprises. Kristine also performed analysis on competitor pricing and trends and assisted in budgeting for the upcoming line. Prior to that, they were a Production Coordinator from August 2016 to May 2017, ensuring product timelines and details were correct. Kristine also handled costing sheets and factory purchase orders. Additionally, they had a role as a Production Intern from May 2016 to August 2016, where they worked closely with the production manager and assisted in pattern creation and spreadsheet management.

Kristine also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Orikami Concept Store from February 2017 to June 2017. Here, they maintained and updated website content, brainstormed new marketing ideas, and tools.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sales Associate at Express from May 2014 to June 2016, where they trained new associates, processed shipments, and assisted customers with styling. Kristine also served as a Student Manager at Red Dragon Outfitters from February 2014 to May 2016, where they observed buyer and vendor meetings, assisted with marketing activities, and created merchandise displays.

Kristine's work experience also includes an internship at Renoir Fashion Inc. from June 2015 to August 2015. Here, they met with clients, learned about the production process of garments, and attended trade shows.

Kristine Jao's education history begins in 2009 when they attended Hicksville High School and completed their high school education. After graduating from high school in 2013, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion and Textiles with a concentration in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in Business Communications at SUNY Oneonta. Kristine attended SUNY Oneonta from 2013 to 2017. During their time at SUNY Oneonta, Kristine also enrolled in the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2016 and completed an Associate's Degree in Fashion Business Management in 2017.
