Brenna Garratt's work experience includes being the CEO of Sustena, a Pariveda Company since December 2021. Brenna is responsible for brand development and go-to-market strategies for growth-focused businesses. Brenna also serves as an Advisor at Xyla Friends and as an Advisory Board Member at Convergency Partners. Prior to their current role, they were the CEO of Sustena Group from 2012 to 2021, where they specialized in transforming brands into strategic assets. Brenna has also served as an Advisory Board Member at HfS Research and as the CEO and Co-Founder of The Delve Group, Inc. Brenna has extensive experience in repositioning and promoting brands for business-to-business companies. Earlier in their career, Brenna worked as the VP of Branding at Red Sky Interactive and as a Senior Designer at Belk Mignogna Associates.

Brenna Garratt obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from the Cleveland Institute of Art. Brenna attended this institution from 1983 to 1988.
