Venkatesh Pogula has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2013 as a Front Office Assistant at Hotel Amrutha Castle Best Western (Hyderabad). In 2015, they joined Wipro as a Front Office employee. In 2018, they moved to N Convention as an Assistant Manager Corporate Sales. Currently, they are employed at SustainKart as a Purchase Manager and Logistics Manager.

Venkatesh Pogula attended Osmania University, Hyderabad from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelors of hotel management and catering technology in the field of Hotel/Motel Administration/Management.
