Nathan Olson is a Project Engineer II at Sussex IM, where experience includes quality inspection plans, receiving inspections, and participation in 5S audits and Kaizen events aimed at continuous factory improvement. Previous roles at Sussex IM include Project Engineer I and Quality Assurance/Engineering Intern. Prior to Sussex IM, Nathan worked as an Electrical Apprentice at Kilowatt Services, collaborating with a Master Electrician on various commercial, industrial, and residential job sites. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned from 2015 to 2018.
