Dennis Ballweg is an experienced CNC Machinist at Sussek Machine Corporation since April 2013, where responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and induction heat treat machines, alongside training new employees and supporting leadership. Prior to this role, Dennis worked as a Production Supervisor at Sussek Machine from September 1984 to May 2009, beginning as a Machinist and managing manual machining processes. Dennis holds an Associateā€™s degree in Machine Tool Operation from Madison Area Technical College and is a graduate of Columbus High School.
