Hans Bleeker is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process development and project management, currently serving as a Senior Process Development Engineer at SUSS MicroTec since September 2020. Prior to this role, Hans worked at Meyer Burger Technology Ltd and ENTER BV, specializing in the development of industrial print processes and managing projects. Additional experience includes significant positions at Merck Windows Technologies, where Hans focused on improving production processes for liquid crystal windows, and Bosch Transmission Technology, specializing in laser melt processes for continuous variable transmission products. A background in lamp development and diagnostics was built at Philips Lighting, where Hans held various roles from 1986 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and earlier studies at Technical University Eindhoven and College Blaucapel.
