Viktorija Benediktavičienė is a seasoned project management professional with an extensive background in managing and implementing project management frameworks across various organizations in Lithuania. Currently serving as PMO Chief Project Manager at the LR Ministry of Transport and Communications since July 2021, Viktorija focuses on enhancing project management maturity and streamlining processes through digital systems. Previously, Viktorija held a project management role at The Office of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, where significant accomplishments included establishing a project portfolio management system across multiple ministries. Viktorija has also managed IT and telecommunications projects in earlier roles and holds an MBA and a Certificate in Strategy Execution from Harvard Business School Online, along with degrees in International Management and Marketing.
