Gary Medvedev is an experienced entrepreneur and co-founder with a diverse portfolio of businesses. Since January 2021, Gary has served as Co-Founder of Licky Invest, an investment banking platform designed for easy access to investment opportunities via mobile and computer. Gary is also the Founder of Noodledoodle, Starburger, and Sushiya, each established between 2006 and 2015. Additionally, Gary co-founded Buddha bar Ukraine in 2008 and Grill do Brasil in 2012, showcasing a strong background in the hospitality and restaurant sectors. Gary's early experience includes a role at Opium Dance Club from 2002 to 2005.

Today Sushiya is the biggest and fastest growing in Ukraine Japanese restaurants chain of 38 restaurants in 14 regions of the country. The chain serves more than 350 000 guests every month. In 2012 10 more restaurants were opened in Ukraine. Direct import of the main products and well-designed logistics system allows regulate dishes prices by saving high quality standards. Fresh, qualitative, healthy - these are principles that Sushiya has been following for already 6 years. Since 2012 Sushiya has been organizing social program with the aim to purify water in Kyiv lakes. Within this initiative 7 lakes in Kyiv have been stocked which leads to the natural water purification.
