Roberto Bravo is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong focus on wine management and service. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Orange Brands Management since September 2023, Roberto previously held the position of Head Sommelier at Duck & Waffle and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. Roberto's career also includes significant roles at The Ivy Collection, Quorvus Collection, and Forte Village Resort, enhancing dining experiences as a restaurant manager and sommelier.
