Paul Recchia is a multi-faceted professional with extensive experience in football coaching, management, and operations. Currently serving as a Football Coach at Next Level Soccer Limited since January 2023, Paul specializes in personalized coaching sessions and holistic player development. As a Manager at ORANGE BRANDS MANAGEMENT, Paul coordinates Front of House operations while ensuring exceptional hospitality standards. Paul also functions as a Regional Coach Educator for UEFA, guiding coaches in enhancing their skillsets. Additionally, as a Football Scout for NK Tabor Sežana, Paul contributes to talent identification and player growth. Previous roles include Director of Operations and Director of Food and Beverage in various hospitality settings, as well as coaching and operational roles with FIGC and Pordenone Calcio. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from the University of Stirling and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Università degli Studi di Udine.
