Clinton Bishop is a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer for Susgrainable Health Foods Inc. since 2018. In this role, they have been involved in the rescue and re-purposing of spent grain from the brewing industry to create a healthy flour.
Before that, Clinton worked at Alberta Health Services from 2016 to 2019 as a Coordinator, Clinical Assistants and IMG Sponsorship. During this time, they oversaw and coordinated Clinical Assistant Programs, improving engagement and increasing the cultural diversity of the physician workforce.
From 2014 to 2015, Clinton worked as an Assistant at Alberta Health Services, where they played a key role in developing the Coordinator, Clinical Assistant and IMG Sponsorship position, resulting in cost savings and building trusting relationships with senior executive staff.
Prior to that, Clinton worked as a Municipal Administrative Intern at the Town of Nanton from 2012 to 2014. In this role, they stood out among hundreds of applicants and leveraged best practices to bring fresh perspectives to municipal operations. Clinton also created a digital tracking system for evacuees during the 2013 flooding events in Alberta.
Clinton Bishop attended Willow Creek Composite High School from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a High School degree. In 2007, they enrolled at The University of Lethbridge and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, completing their studies in 2012. In 2018, they attended The University of British Columbia for a short period and earned a Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies, and Procedures.
