Martin Piala is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and cloud solutions. Currently serving as a Manager for both the Platform and Infrastructure Teams at SUSE since November 2021, Martin previously held roles at Accenture, where responsibilities included defining cloud strategies and architectures in AWS for large-scale projects. With prior experience at BT - Global Services and Telefónica Global Solutions as a Service Desk Agent, Martin effectively resolved incidents and managed service requests in accordance with ITIL best practices. Martin's early career includes IT support and audio-video technology roles, complemented by a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Information Management and Informatics from the Prague University of Economics and Business.
