Melanie van den Berg has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Melanie began their professional career as a (Stagiaire) HR-Consultant at ASA Campus from February 2013 to October 2013. Melanie then worked as a Technical Recruiter at Connectica Groep from November 2013 to August 2014. In February 2014 to July 2014, they served as an HR Consultant at Peperclip, where they conducted research on topics such as labor market communication and generational integration. From September 2014 to January 2015, they worked as an Afstudeeronderzoek HRM at Microsoft, conducting an English-language research project on the implementation effectiveness of Microsoft's new evaluation and development system. From August 2016 to September 2018, Melanie served as the General Manager NL/BE/DE at Emolife - Field | Event | Online. Melanie'sresponsibilities included brand building, personnel recruitment, and staff retention in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Additionally, they developed and implemented recruitment and branding strategies, oversaw field managers, marketing teams, and recruiters. Melanie then joined YoungCapital in September 2018 as a Talent Manager until May 2019. From May 2019, Melanie worked at SUSA flexibel studentenwerk as a Teammanager Recruitment until September 2020, then as a Teammanager Marketing & Recruitment from September 2020 to December 2021. Melanie is currently employed at SUSA flexibel studentenwerk as the Head of Marketing since January 2022.
