Ryan Carter currently serves as a Research Design Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) Analyst at SURVICE Engineering, supporting the CBRN Defense Team and the Army Test & Evaluation Office's Test and Evaluation Capabilities and Methodologies Integrated Process Team. Previously, Ryan held the role of NDTE Technician, managing military armor inventory and ensuring proper testing and recertification processes. As a Scientific Assistant, Ryan provided administrative and logistical support, maintaining critical documentation and schedules. Prior experience includes working as an Enrollment Counselor at Western Governors University, where Ryan utilized Salesforce to assist students, and as a Medical Screener at Octapharma Plasma, Inc., ensuring HIPAA compliance while managing sensitive data. Ryan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University.
