John Clements, PMP, serves as a Technical Lead at the Homeland Defense & Security Information Analysis Center since March 2021, providing expertise in CBRN Defense and related fields. Concurrently, John is an Operations Research Analyst at SURVICE Engineering, supporting the evaluation of US Army computing systems. With over two decades of service in the US Marine Corps, John has held roles including Engineer Platoon Commander and Mortuary Affairs Liaison. Previously, John worked as a Test Engineer at AMERICAN SYSTEMS and KBRwyle, focusing on test planning and execution for military projects. John holds a Master of Arts in Homeland Security and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from American Military University.
