Eylul Nowakowska Beyazıt has extensive experience in sales and customer success, currently serving as Director of Sales and Customer Success at Survicate since January 2019, where responsibilities include building a knowledge center, onboarding new team members, and enhancing client education. Previous roles at Survicate include Head of Customer Success and Senior Customer Success Specialist, where Eylul achieved a 97% customer satisfaction rating. Eylul's earlier experience includes serving as a Retail Sales Specialist at NEON Limited Company and Vice President Sales and Customer Service at AIESEC in Turkey, along with a brief role as a Cultural Trainer at Ryan International Group of Institutions. Eylul holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Warsaw and two Bachelor's degrees in Politics and Governance from Tallinn University and International Relations from Ege University.
