Arya Asokan has three years of work experience. From 2021 to present, they have been working as a Human Resources Business Partner at SurveySparrow, where they are responsible for all of the People functions and driving organizational effectiveness. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Zacco - Digital Trust as an Associate HR, where they were responsible for the entire gamut of organizational effectiveness. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. as a Talent Acquisition Intern, where they completed talent acquisition and management for 120+ internal and external placements.

Arya Asokan attended Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore from 2017 to 2019, where they earned their Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services. Prior to this, they attended Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi and earned their Bachelor Of Business Management in Management.
