Richard Marsh is the Installation and Service Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of field personnel and communication with clients. He coordinates new installations as well as service calls. Richard ensures that project timelines and budgets are met, procures equipment & materials with an eye for cost control and makes sure clients are kept involved and informed.
Richard is new to the security industry but not to leadership, management, and relationship development. He began working with a small construction company as a staff accountant but quickly proved himself and rose to eventually serving as the Controller and leading the Accounting and Financial Reporting systems for the company that had then grown to include services in multiple states and across many lines of business. After 12 years, he changed career paths, leaving the corporate world to join the executive leadership team with a religious non-profit, and served there for 11 years. He was able to use his talents, education, and passions to help grow the startup organization, developing systems, structures, and people. He handed it off to new leadership as an established and strong body to head in a new direction.
Having attended West Virginia University, Richard earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major emphasis in Accounting and a minor in Finance. He later completed a master’s degree program through Liberty University to better equip him for his new labors and passion.
