Tammi Doughtie has extensive experience in finance, human resources, logistics, and operations management across various banking institutions. Currently serving in a multifaceted role at Surveillance International, LLC since December 2015, Tammi has previously held positions such as Electronic Banking Project Consultant at Towne Bank and AVP Branch Operations Manager at Bank of Hampton Roads. Expertise includes operational support, training coordination, employee relations, and HR management demonstrated in roles at Hampton Roads Bankshares and Gateway Bank. Tammi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from East Carolina University and is currently furthering education at Strayer University.
