Caroline Wang is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in managing technical teams and implementing IT systems. Currently serving as the Manager of IT at Surrey Schools since April 2022, Caroline leads two teams of over 20 technicians within a unionized environment. Prior to this role, Caroline worked as an ITSM Process Manager at WorkSafeBC from March 2019 to April 2022, overseeing the integration of IT systems changes to ensure quality and minimal disruption. Caroline also held positions as a Support Analyst II at Aritzia and worked at Apple as a Genius Bar technician, bringing a diverse array of skills to the technology sector. Caroline holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of British Columbia.
