Aryn Lang is an experienced educator with a focus on secondary education, currently serving as a Teacher Librarian and Teacher On Call at Surrey Schools since September 2019. Aryn has taught English and biology to grades 8-12 and has a background in leadership and program development, having previously worked as a Playgrounds Program Director for the City of Oshawa. Aryn's experience extends to roles in athletics through Queen's University, where responsibilities included supervising a weight room and assisting on student mental health research projects. Aryn's leadership abilities were showcased as Conference Director for Queen's Refugee Relief and as Vice President External Affairs for the Concurrent Education Student Association. With a diploma in Parks, Recreation, Leisure, and Fitness Studies from Canadore College and a degree from Queen's University, Aryn combines educational expertise with a commitment to student support and community engagement.
