Amin Kalair is an experienced educator and leader in mentorship and corporate relations. Currently, Amin serves as a Grade 1/2 Teacher at Surrey Schools since September 2021. Prior experience includes a co-op position as an Accountant at MNP, where responsibilities involved serving various sectors. Amin held multiple roles at Young Women in Business (YWiB), such as Co-Program Manager of the SOUL Mentorship Program and Co-Vice President of Corporate Relations, successfully establishing and maintaining sponsorship relationships. Additional experience includes bookkeeping and administrative roles with BC School Sports and Beedie Urban Development Program, as well as customer service experiences at The Original Cakerie, Under Armour, and Safeway Canada. Amin holds a Master of Education in Elementary Education from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Education from The University of British Columbia, complemented by a degree from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.
