Marcus Pollard BSc (Hons) MIET FRAS is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in embedded software development and system integration. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd since October 2022, Marcus previously held roles as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at QinetiQ Target Systems and Principal Software Engineer at BAE Systems, where contributions included system updates for the Tornado TARDIS. Marcus has a solid foundation in embedded systems gained from positions at Meggitt Defence Systems and Telspec, alongside earlier experience as a Software Engineer at BAE Systems. Marcus holds a BSc (Hons) in Astronomy from the University of Central Lancashire and a BTEC HND in Computer Science from Midkent College.
