Soye Briggs is an experienced leader in the field of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), currently serving as the Chair of the Surrey FA Inclusion Advisory Group since July 2015, and holding various roles on the Surrey FA Board of Directors. Soye's expertise extends to the Kinetic Foundation as a Board Trustee and Chief Operating Officer at The Winch, a charity focused on children and young people. Previous roles include Head of Equality & Inclusion at Crystal Palace FC, Director of Community Development at Palace for Life Foundation, and operational leadership at Fulham FC Foundation. Academic qualifications include a Professional Diploma in Social Work from Brunel University London and a Level 6 Management and Leadership qualification from the Chartered Management Institute.
