Mykola Golovko is a seasoned Project and Release Manager at RBI Retail Innovation since May 2023, and has been a Software Trainer at IT Education Academy (ITEA) since October 2015. Prior to current roles, Mykola served as Software Engineering Manager at Surprise.com, where work focused on developing an entertainment super app, and at EPAM Systems, managing significant projects like CTCO-ORKE for Canadian Tire Corporation, which involved the replatforming of a substantial in-store system. With extensive experience in software testing and team leadership roles across various engineering projects, Mykola has contributed to cutting-edge technology solutions for clients such as Thomson Reuters and ELDORADO. Mykola holds a Master's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Systems Analysis from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute', accompanied by a solid educational foundation from Kyiv natural-scientific institutions.
