Colleen Lynch is an accomplished legal and operational executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at SurgoCap Partners since June 2022, Colleen previously held the position of General Counsel at Coatue Management from March 2013 to June 2022. Colleen also spent nearly a decade at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as Assistant Regional Director in the Market Abuse Unit from July 2003 to March 2013. Prior roles include Litigation Associate positions at Wolf Block and Reed Smith LLP. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Diplomatic History from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
