Mark Garner has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Mark is currently the Vice President at SurgePays (OTCQB: SURG), a position they have held since October 2019. Prior to this, they held a similar role at ECSI starting from January 1997.

Mark Garner attended Missouri State University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology.
