Michael Magyar has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as a Deacon at St. Sharbel Maronite Catholic Church since November 2018. Simultaneously, Michael works as an Accountant at Surgeons Choice Medical Center, where responsibilities include managing monthly journal entries, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and assisting with year-end audits since September 2012. Prior to this, Michael held various financial roles, including Financial Coordinator for a major Michigan health insurer and Temporary Finance Manager for a healthcare provider. Michael’s career began at Simco Automotive Trim, Inc. as a Plant Accountant, where contributions included financial statement preparation and inventory management. Michael holds a Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College, obtained between 1987 and 1991.
