Chris Brousseau is the founder and data scientist at Surface Owl, where a decision support platform utilizing machine learning was developed to enhance business operations. Prior experience includes serving as a partner in cognitive services at IBM, focusing on cognitive-enabled digital transformation solutions, as well as various roles at Accenture, including global commercial director and solution architect in procurement services, where significant improvements in service offerings and cost savings were achieved. Brousseau's career also includes experience as an engineering officer in the US Air Force, overseeing engineering operations, and as a mechanical engineer at Taxi 2000, where programming and design for innovative mass transit systems were key responsibilities. Brousseau earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University College of Engineering.
