Rudi Du Plessis is an experienced operations and project manager with extensive expertise in fleet maintenance, resource management, and stakeholder coordination across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Surf Abu Dhabi since November 2023, Rudi previously held the position of Operations Manager at DiveCo International, where responsibilities included fleet maintenance and budget management. Prior experience encompasses roles as Project/Contracts Manager at Remah International Group, Operations Manager and Maintenance Manager at Romco Range Operations & Maintenance Company, and Owner of R.J. Performance Marine, among others. Rudi holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Vehicle Engineering from the University of Pretoria and has a solid foundation from early career positions in mechanics and project engineering.
