Filipe Grillo is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at SureSwift Capital, Filipe leads a team in enhancing a Ruby on Rails SaaS application, focusing on hiring, mentorship, and advocating for best coding practices. Previously, Filipe held the title of Senior Software Engineer at both SureSwift Capital and Credible, where significant projects included improving Stripe integration and overhauling authentication systems. As co-founder and CIO of Arquivei, Filipe was instrumental in raising Series A funding and implementing modern infrastructure solutions. Additionally, Filipe has a solid foundation in project management and international client relations gained from roles at Runweb and Freeddom. Filipe holds a Master's in Web Accessibility and Hypermedia and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from the Universidade de São Paulo.
