Safron Hendry is a seasoned professional in education technology and learning design, currently serving as a Senior Learning Designer at SureSkills since November 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at TTRO from March 2013 to December 2024, where Safron held the position of Capability Products Director and previously served as Head of Customer Training and Senior Product Training Consultant. Prior to that, Safron was associated with EPCS Consulting as a Senior Consultant from March 2004 to November 2016, specializing in presentation, facilitation, coaching, and content design. Safron began the career at MTN, holding roles such as Subscriber Operations Training Manager and HR Training Consultant from June 1994 to February 2004. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Advertising Copywriting from the AAA School of Advertising and a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Law Studies from the University of Cape Town.
