Ian Childs possesses extensive experience in client relationship management and business development within the heating and energy sectors. Currently serving as Client Relationship Director at Sureserve Group PLC since October 2015 and Business Development Manager at K&T Heating, part of Sureserve PLC, since April 2013, Ian has a strong track record in fostering client partnerships. Prior roles include Key Account Manager for the public sector at BDR Thermea, where responsibilities included managing key accounts following the merger of Baxi Group and Remeha, and Key Account Manager - Specification at Vaillant Ltd. Ian's educational background includes attendance at Bramston Comprehensive in Witham, Essex, from 1981 to 1986.
