Scott Rochowiak RPh has a strong background in pharmacy informatics and performance improvement. From 2019 to present, they have been working at Surescripts, where they started as a Clinical Informatics Pharmacist and later became the Data Solutions Manager, Performance Improvement. Prior to Surescripts, Scott worked at SUPERVALU as the Manager of Pharmacy Informatics from 2015 to 2019. In this position, they were responsible for managing and supporting pharmacy-related processing and technology systems. Scott successfully led a project to convert the pharmacy operating system, delivered under budget and ahead of schedule.
Before SUPERVALU, Scott worked as a Pharmacist Project Manager at Versique Consulting & Search for a short period in 2015. Scott managed a project for OptumRx, leading a cross-functional team for the integration of two specialty pharmacies. The project was completed within a tight timeline, 10 days ahead of schedule.
Scott also has experience at Target, where they held multiple roles. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Senior Healthcare Systems and Process Analyst, responsible for new software development and overseeing operational programs. During this time, they implemented various initiatives, such as a prioritization logic for prescriptions and the design and implementation of in-store MTM and online prior authorization processes.
From 2013 to 2014, Scott was a Business Process Consultant during Target's conversion to new pharmacy software. Scott provided testing and implementation support for software upgrades and was responsible for mail order systems and processes.
Prior to these roles, Scott worked as an ETL-RX at Target from 2009 to 2013, managing pharmacy staff and operations in multiple stores. Scott achieved district pharmacist of the year recognition twice and consistently drove double-digit script and sales growth.

Scott Rochowiak RPh completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Pharmacy from The University of Toledo, graduating in 2004. Scott obtained their Registered Pharmacist certification from the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy in July 2004. Following that, they became a Registered Pharmacist in Texas in June 2009 and in Minnesota in September 2015. In June 2010, Scott Rochowiak RPh received a certification in Pharmacy-Based Immunization from the APhA Foundation. Scott obtained their Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level 1 (PMC - 1) certification from Pragmatic Institute in July 2020. Furthermore, they achieved PMC Level II and PMC Level III certifications from Pragmatic Institute in August 2022 and October 2022, respectively.
