Ram Talasila has a wealth of experience in the field of software engineering and consulting. Ram started their career at Intercim as a Consultant in 1998 and worked there until 2000. Following that, they joined Medtronic as a Sr. Principal Software Engineer and worked there for 10 years until 2011. From 2011, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Anakhil Technologies Inc before moving on to Surescripts in 2012, where they currently hold the position of Principal Software Engineer.

Ram Talasila earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University between 1983 and 1987. From 1987 to 1989, they pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Computer Science at the National Institute of Technology Warangal. Later, between 2009 and 2011, Ram attended the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Strategy and Medical Industry Leadership.
