Daniel Neill has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and customer support. Daniel currently works at Surescripts as a Senior QA Engineer, where they are responsible for maintaining and creating an automated regression test suite. Daniel also troubleshoots escalations from support and maintains older products through manual testing. Prior to Surescripts, Daniel worked as a Jr. QA Engineer at Clinicient for a short period of time. Daniel also worked at Surescripts before that as a QA/Customer Support Engineer. Earlier in their career, Daniel held roles as a Customer Support Engineer at Kryptiq Corporation, Associate Application Analyst at Legacy Health, Applications Analyst II and IS Support Tech II at University of Kentucky Hospital, and Technical Support at Butler Animal Health Supply.

Daniel Neill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky, which they obtained from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Mathematics and the other in Chemistry, both from the University of Kentucky, from 1994 to 1998. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the following certifications from CompTIA: Security+ in September 2022, COMP-TIA Net+ in October 2010, and COMP-TIA A+ in September 2009.
