Hans Kobor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hans started their career in the US Army, serving in various roles including Infantry Platoon Leader, Heavy Weapons Company Executive Officer, and Battalion Logistics Officer. Hans was responsible for logistical and maintenance operations, equipment readiness, and training support. After leaving the military, Hans pursued further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Leaders for Global Operations Fellow. Hans then joined Amazon as an Area Manager Intern before transitioning to a role at Gates Corporation. At Gates, they worked as a Global Business Development Manager, Senior Manager for Global Supply Chain & Operations, and participated in the MBA Leadership Development Program. Currently, Hans is working as the General Manager at Surekap LLC.

Hans Kobor obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Hans then pursued higher education, attending the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from 2017 to 2019. At MIT, they earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Energy and Sustainability. Concurrently, they also attended the MIT Sloan School of Management, acquiring a Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General.
