Jenna Zucali has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Chief People Officer at Surefire Cyber Inc., where they help clients prepare, respond, and recover from cyber incidents. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal at Arctic Wolf Incident Response, where they developed and executed advanced recruiting strategies. Jenna also served as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Tetra Defense, before it was acquired by Arctic Wolf. Earlier in their career, they were the Director of Talent Acquisition at The Crypsis Group, where they led a team to support the company's growth. Jenna also gained experience in strategic account management and recruiting at TEKsystems, where they achieved various awards for their exceptional performance. Jenna began their career at CHEP and Kodak Alaris, where they held roles in human resources operations and talent acquisition.

Jenna Zucali pursued their education at the University of Central Florida. Jenna completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from 1998 to 2002. Later, they enrolled at the same institution to obtain their Master's in Science Management-Human Resources and Change Management, specializing in the field of Human Resources, from 2002 to 2003.
