Jake C. is an experienced Information Technology professional with a diverse background in IT management and infrastructure support. Currently serving as an Information Technology Manager at SureCloud since August 2023, Jake has previously held significant roles such as Infrastructure Engineer at Defence and IT Support Manager at Circle Waste. With expertise spanning from service desk technical leadership at Nasstar PLC to group infrastructure engineering at i247 Group, Jake has demonstrated proficiency in managing complex IT environments and improving infrastructure for organizations of various sizes. Additional experience includes broad IT support roles at Comms UK Ltd and Objective Technologies Ltd, as well as volunteer work as an IT Manager for Forward Day Centre Ltd. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. HONS) in Computing from Buckinghamshire New University and has foundational education in Biology at A Level from Springwood High School.
