Seth Rzeszutek began their work experience in 2015 as a Summer Utility at ASHTA Chemicals Inc. Seth then worked as a Software Developer at Erie Strayer Company from July 2018 to August 2019. Seth then joined Vertical Knowledge as a Software Engineer in August 2019 and worked there until August 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Software Engineer at Sure starting from August 2022.

Seth Rzeszutek studied Computer Science with a focus on Computer Software Engineering at Lakeland Community College from 2015 to 2018. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications as an Information Technology Professional and Information Technology Specialist from the same institution.
