Adrian Segal is a seasoned Business Analyst with expertise in consulting projects, currently working at Sure Power Consulting since June 2020. In the role as Revenue Ops Insight Analyst, Adrian collaborates across various departments to troubleshoot and deliver solutions that alleviate work backlogs for Arizona Public Service. Prior to this, Adrian contributed to WSSC Water by analyzing and correcting utility bills and documenting processes to address billing errors and robotic process automation steps. Additionally, experience includes addressing billing complications for Arizona Public Service’s Billing Department and enhancing quality assurance standards. Earlier experience as a Business Management Intern at Solgari involved managing marketing and customer databases and training new interns. Adrian holds a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University, awarded in 2017.
