Kristi Larson has been working in the professional field since 2006. Kristi began their career at Trusted Media Brands, Inc. as a Program & Field Manager for Taste of Home LIVE. In 2016, they moved to Mountain America Credit Union as a Project Manager for the Digital Banking Strategy and Product Team. In 2017, they became a Scrum Master and Project Manager at PlanSwift by ConstructConnect for ConstructConnect. In 2019, they began working as a Scrum Master for Suralink.

Kristi Larson has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, which they completed in 2017. Kristi has also obtained several certifications, including a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in 2022, an ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation from ICAgile in 2022, an ICAgile Certified Professional - Agility in the Enterprise from ICAgile in 2021, an ICAgile Certified Professional - Coaching Agile Transitions from ICAgile in 2021, an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in 2019, a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in 2017, and a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in 2017.
