Ian Encarnacion is a City Trial Court Judge at the Supreme Court of the Philippines and a Professorial Lecturer, as well as the Program Head for Clinical Legal Education at Philippine Law School. With extensive experience in various legal practice areas, Ian has served as a Partner and Managing Partner at Encarnacion & Pilapil Law Offices, specializing in labor law, civil, criminal, and tax litigation, and corporate law, among others. Ian holds a Master of Laws degree and a Masters in Political Economy, alongside a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Additional roles include serving as a Naval Officer (Reserve) in the Philippine Navy, an Instructor at Cavite State University, and various legal positions within the local government of Cavite City, contributing to urban development and housing programs.
