Pratiksha Mishra currently serves as an Advocate on Record at the Supreme Court of India since July 2022 and has been with Khaitan & Co as a Principal Associate since April 2019, previously holding the position of Senior Associate. With experience beginning as an Associate (Litigation) at Khaitan & Co in September 2018 and an Advocate at the Chambers of Mr. Balaji Srinivasan, Pratiksha has a robust background in litigation. The early career includes internships with distinguished law firms and advocates, contributing to legal expertise. Pratiksha obtained a BA.LLB degree from the Army Institute of Law, graduating in 2015, and attended various educational institutions, including Kendriya Vidyalaya and Delhi Public School.
