Billy William van Heerden is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as a Remote Support Engineer at Support Adventure since June 2021, Billy has also held the position of System Network Administrator at Load Control Operations since March 2014, where responsibilities include server administration and technical support. Previous roles include Technical Manager at Computers R Us, Technician at Panasonic, and Junior Network/Server Administrator at Progress Milling. Billy holds a Diploma in Information Technology from the University of South Africa, alongside certifications in N+ and A+, and has recently completed studies in IT Management at the University of Cape Town.
