María Constanza Sosa, MBA, currently serves as a Customer Success Manager for EMEA at Supplyframe since November 2023, previously holding the position of Customer Success Engineer at Trellix from January 2022 to November 2023. With a strong background in technical support and project management, María has excelled in customer success roles, achieving notable recognition and awards for productivity and customer satisfaction. Earlier experiences include a Technical Support Engineer and Salesperson at Altium®, where significant renewal rates were achieved, as well as various leadership roles across different companies, including Chief Operating Officer at SIDOSOL S.A., where operational scaling and process optimization were successfully implemented. Educationally, María holds an MBA from the University of Essex and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, complemented by additional qualifications in Dietetics and Nutrition.
