Michael Elias is a Supplier Quality Engineer at Supplier Management Solutions (SMS), a TRIGO Company, since August 2021. Previously, Michael held positions as a Quality Engineer at Precision Castparts from January 2016 to September 2020 and at ATI Specialty Alloys and Components from May 2011 to January 2016, where responsibilities included implementing NADCAP certification and improving production furnace pyrometry. Earlier in Michael's career, as a Manufacturing Engineer at Unison Engine Components, projects included enhancing the packaging process and generating technical documentation. Michael holds an MBA in Production Control from Wilkes University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
